Sanas Alphamax Gel is a carbohydrate gel for long and intensive efforts. Each gel provides 45 g of carbohydrates in a 1:1 ratio of glucose and fructose and contains 250 mg of sodium. The composition follows the same nutritional concept as the Sanas Alphamax Drink, allowing both products to be easily alternated or combined within the same nutritional strategy.
