Carboloader
Carboloader allows you to easily load up on carbohydrates. This is especially important in the lead-up to a major race (marathon, gran fondo, triathlon, etc.) to ensure you're at the starting line with full energy reserves. The recommended amount of carbohydrate intake to replenish these glycogen stores is 10 grams per kg of body weight. With one bottle of Carboloader, you'll already consume 70 grams, so you don't necessarily need to stuff yourself with solid carbohydrate-rich food.
