Guaranol

Guarana is a natural form of caffeine extracted from the seeds of the South American plant Paullinia cupana. These seeds contain, on average, twice as much caffeine as coffee beans. The caffeine in guarana (guaranine) is released slowly into the body, meaning its effects last for several hours and there are no side effects (such as nervousness, insomnia, and stomach pain). Furthermore, the ampoules are supplemented with taurine.
