Isomix is ​​an isotonic thirst quencher containing carbohydrates such as dextrose, fructose, sucrose, and especially maltodextrin . This formula perfectly compensates for the loss of fluid and minerals through sweating.

Isomix has a 2:1 glucose:fructose ratio . This allows you to consume up to 90g of carbohydrates per hour during exercise. Products without a 2:1 ratio are limited to just 60g per hour.

In addition, Isomix contains no acidic additives, excessive flavors, artificial sweeteners, or bright colors. These only cause gastrointestinal discomfort and therefore do not contribute to optimal performance.
